US Supreme Court opens the way for the World Bank Group to be held accountable.

In this historic ruling, the US Supreme Court has rendered the World Bank Group  accountable for its lending lending practices. Lending for  projects that inflict human rights abuses on local communities is no longer immune to legal challenge.
