Protimos was awarded a substantial three year grant by Comic Relief’s, “People in Urban Slums Programme” in September 2010. This grant has enabled us to strengthen and expand the Seinoli Project, in Lesotho. This project is now beginning to obtain lawful compensation for many people who have been adversely affected by involuntary resettlement, as a result of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP). We work in local partnership with the Transformation Resource Centre (TRC) building legal capacity.
